How many miles will a Ford v6 Engine out of a Mondeo be reliable for?

I am looking to buy a ford mondeo ghia 2.5 V6 butit has done 150,000 miles, the engine is clean, no residue in the oil or water, but am unsure whether 150k is too much for this engine

Please help.

Engine oil changes matter with this engine.
If you've got solid proof of very regular changes then excellent.
The engine will easily do 300k or more.
Gearboxes and clutches are suspect.
Hope a warranty of some sort is available
