2 cars the same 1/4 mile, one is a muscle car v8 and the other a hopped up import. Which feels faster.?

What feels more powerful, that muscle car push or that rice rocket pull. Both cars would be fast but do the same 1/4 mile times? Which one would feel the faster car?

i Can imagine they would both feel as fast but depends on how much power was going to the wheels.

And which engines again,also there are Japanese v8/v12 engines.
