2002 ford 4.6 pickup code for bank 2 running lean checked filter, mass air flow sensor, and vacume leaks?

prior to this code replaced coil #2,3,4,5,and all plugs then this code showed up.It seems to run fine when cold but as it warms up it looses power and vibration is evident.

check firing order & check for vacuum leaks
