What, IYO, is the best movie ever?

I say 1989's BATMAN. In my true opinion, BATMAN is the greatest movie ever made! I studied film when I got out of highschool and I gotta say, this film was perfect in every way, in everything it tried to accomplish. It was perfect.

For me there are too many great films out there. Some I haven't seen yet. But for example I would say The Wizard Of Oz. It made Judy Garland a star. And who doesn't love the song "Over The Rainbow"?
