Will aftermarket car-specific cat-back systems fit into new crate engines?

say I have a 1988 IROC Camaro with the original 350 in it. With it I have MAC Headers & y-pipe and a 3" Magnaflow cat-back. Would I be able to put a 383 stroker Crate engine w/ 475 HP in it without changing the headers and exhaust?

Your headers should fit, so long as you haven't chosen a stroker with Vortec heads, or something to change the existing exhaust flange configuration. Of course the y pipe will fit with your existing headers. If you need to order a new set of headers,
