First good truck? 95 and up S-10 ZR-2 or Silverado? CHEVY!?

Alright im looking for my first truck and reallly want a chevy because it is all my dad has ever owned. Curently has 4 chevy pick-ups including a 1949 that still runs great. Well anyway I was kinda deciding between a S-10 (truck has to have 4wheel drive,

my husband has a 87' silverado 4x4 with new paint job, we are in love with it,i say follow your blood and pick what fits you or what you fit in the best.we will never get rid of our truck, its now a family heir loom or the farm truck in the future -lol-

1949 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup 1/2 Ton
